Approval to pay all audited bills

Approval of the minutes from the September 19, 2022, meeting

Resolutions:

#23 of 2022/2023 – Holiday Calendar of 2023 which will be posted in the Village Clerks Office

#24 of 2022/2023 – Authorizes the Village Clerk to pay outstanding one-year BANS due in 2022/2023 from Fund Balance

 

#25 of 2022/2023 – Authorizes the Mayor to contract with ADP in regards to payroll processing.

 

#26 of 2022/2023 – Authorizes the Mayor to sign the agreement with Orange County Office of the Aging for the Senior Dining Program.

 

#27 of 2022/2023 –Authorizes the clerk to make the reduction to half the water charge on water bill 30891 located at 308-9-1.

 

#28 of 2022/2023 –Authorizes the Village Election to take place on Tuesday, March 21, 2022 at the Senior Center located at 132 Windermere Ave, Greenwood Lake, NY for the hours of 12 pm – 9 pm.

 

 

#29 of 2022/2023 – BAN resolution to be inserted here when it comes from BANK in regards to sidewalk

 

#30 of 2022/2-23 – Authorizes the promotion of Officer Dwyer to the rank of Detective effective January 2, 2023.

 

#31 of 2022/2-23 – Authorizes the approval of the building permit extensions for 14 Cascade Trail at the original price.
