Lakeside Farmers Market

VENDOR DIRECTIONS

  1. Up to 21 vendor spaces are available. Cost for the entire season is $750 for a 10×20 space and $500 for a 10×10 space. Weekly pop-up vendors/organizations (specific Saturday space selection when unable to commit to entire season) may be allowed if space is available for $35/market. Completed application, all applicable licenses, proof of insurance, and payment (cash, check, or credit/debit cards) must be received by April 29.
  2. Vendors must make or grow the products being sold and they must be produced in New York or an adjacent state. All items sold must be approved by the LFMGWL Market Manager. LFMGWL will work to ensure unique product offerings from each vendor and allow only one of each vendor type or product.
  3. Vendors will be in the grassy area next to the sidewalk. Setup begins at 8:00 am and must be completed by 9:00 am. Teardown must be completed by 2:00 pm. Parking will be provided for vendors. Electric hook-up is not available; generators are allowed but must be low impact. Restrooms, hot and cold water, and wi-fi are available to vendors.
  4. Vendors must provide all tables, chairs, tents, etc. necessary to operate their booth.
  5. New Vendors: Please provide pictures of products being sold and booth setup.
  6. Vendors must provide liability insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000 general aggregate. The Town of Warwick and Village of Greenwood Lake must be listed on your certificate of liability as additional insureds.
  7. Vendors must understand the requirements for the products being sold or sampled and provide all permits required by the county and state for participating in a Farmers Market.   8. There will be opportunities for local non-profit organizations to participate weekly with no vendor fee required. Applicable food service permits will be required for non-profits selling prepared foods. The schedule will be determined by the LFMGWL Market Manager.
